I so agree - the role of the worship leader is to lead people into worship, not to have a personal worship time! &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;It&amp;#39;s hard to direct people to any destination if you don&amp;#39;t know where they are starting out from. Sensing in the Spirit and seeing with your own eyes people&amp;#39;s participation will help you to know where people are in worship.
