Its so cool that Life journal today,I came across what pastor Wayne was sharing about the last time he was visiting our family. I was almost offended at first when he said that finishing is better than starting,I felt that way because my beginning was God and my family.In my beginning was the only pure,and beautiful, memory I've kept all my life up until it was interrupted at eleven when I was sent away for a better life,and it wasn't until I was sent to The Father's House that I am now in awe and believe for myself of this better life.
Transition is not so hard for me,esp since every time I've transition was without a choice,or voice,I was just being sent around,not just around to another neighborhood,or villiage but like across the ocean type of transition. As hard as it was for me the very first time I transition,It was the most fascinating because I got to see God and heard him speak to me in person,and as confused,scared,angry,and uncertain my new life was,there was one thing I was so certain of,was that God said "do not be afraid,he will always be with me." and in him I lived my life always knowing he is with me. This verse has made me agree with pastor Wayne at the end because whats important at the end is where we are with God.and in him is the only life and time we all have.
Yes transitions,and changes are good.we may not see at the moment as we're in it,but in the end we see the power and glory of God,and for ourselves,we learn to replant and learn to use all the blessings,and gifts of the Holy Spirit in us. We must recognize and acknowledge,and be in worship of his love in all that we do.
To end I say and agree with you that the main thing is God.our beginning and end.
